It was my birthday when I arrived, and it felt like everybody in the hotel had been briefed on this fact! :) I received congratulations the moment I left the taxi, at reception, and later in the restaurant, and even got a little birthday cake brought to my room as a surprise. You don’t really expect such kindness and personalized service in international hotel chains usually! Rooms are also very spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast is great, hotel has great views over the river and the ocean.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb homestay! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts were the highlight of our experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it feel like a true home away from home. But what truly stood out was the hospitality. The hosts were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even lending us their baby’s raincoat when it started to rain, ensuring our little one was dry and comfortable while traveling. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made all the difference. While the location is a bit outside the central area and there is no public transport connectivity, the peaceful surroundings more than made up for it. The hosts were always available to offer assistance. We felt very welcomed and cared for during our stay, and that level of hospitality is something we will always remember. Highly recommend this homestay if you're looking for a relaxing retreat with exceptional hosts!

Boasting a terrace and views of city, Nam Long Plus Hotel is situated in Dong Hoi, less than 1 km from Nhat Le Beach. Our rooms were clean and spacious room. The hotel manager/ owner was so welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was good, in a side street off a main road. A short walk to the river front. We then took an electric car ride around the town which was a great way to get an overview of the whole town.

The hotel has a very convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. My room was spacious, tidy, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast offered a good selection of both local and international dishes, which I really enjoyed. Check-in was a little slow, but overall, the service was professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and longer stays.

A lovely family, they are all extremely nice people, they helped me organise a tour! I love the garden and there is a pool, free breakfast was delicious.
