Beautiful hotel. We only stayed one night as we were meeting up with my brother and his wife who had been there a couple of days with my elderly mother. My mother had an accessible room which was great for her. Wonderful service from a range of delightful staff. The dinner is the restaurant was fabulous. Not a cheap experience but an exceptional experience.

The personal touch to welcome the guests, the personalised service at breakfast, the tastful and detailed decor of the whole place to create a warm and elegant ambience, it reminds one of the time of Raffles hotel in Singapore. Breakfast was personally served by David, who was the chef and housekeeper, keeping the whole guesthouse (a heritage building) clean! Tim, the owner was just as welcoming, showing us the property and gardens. If you like a clean, quiet, and homely place, look no further. Even the garden grounds are very tastefully done up. There's also a cottage for families and the king bedroom, which are very tastefully decorated by Lucy, Tim's wife, who has a keen eye for details!

We unfortunately arrived in the midst of a "great wet" and it rained during all of our stay but the accommodation was comfortable our hosts were helpful and we generally had a most enjoyable stay and found plenty of interest to keep us occupied. Highly recommended.

This is a beautifully restored old shop that has been converted into quiet boutique accommodation in Bundanoon. There are lots of small touches that make it a very special place to stay. Perfect for a weekend away.

Had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were very friendly as well as their beautiful dogs. Accommodation was nice and comfortable. Lovely property, gardens and lake to wander around. A nice warm fire at night was welcoming as well as the delicious breakfast. Close to town and bushwalks.

Affordable, clean and well located option for a stop over in Bundanoon. Staff communicated well prior to arrival and were lovely on check out. Rooms are incredibly clean for the style of accommodation and had all the facilities you needed for the stay.

Exceptional service and support from Tom and the staff at Bundanoon after our check-in time and restaurant booking was delayed by a flat tire. Accommodation was charming and comfortable. The restaurant's food was delicious. Will happily stay again.

Old world charm was beautiful. The decor was pretty good. Bedding and room was essentially clean, however!! ….The pipes in the ensuite stank! The fumes from this were horrendous and nearly caused me to pass out using the loo in the middle of the night. We kept the door closed, but still had to go in there to use the toilet and shower, and it was quite the health concern. The beds were aged and fatigued. They did the job, but only just. All in all, I was thankful for a place to stay, but won’t go back for accommodation.
