The owners were incredibly friendly, accommodating and kind. The room had everything you would need, the AC and fridge were miles better than our 4* hotel in Central Sydney! (So were the mattress and pillows!) They were happy to recommend their favourite local places to eat in the area which would usually have been overseen by the big chains and we’re so glad they did! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, truly - thank you.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, making for a comfortable stay. The bar and food were great, offering a great variety and quality. The only minor downside was that breakfast was not included. However, overall, the hotel provided excellent value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Easily the best value accommodation I have ever stayed in. The rooms are what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. I have stayed here multiple times. The rooms are always very clean. The staff are excellent and the bistro superb.

The overall package is great at the Windsor Castle. Rooms are modern, clean and well appointed. They are separated and sound proofed from the pub. The pub itself is modern with a good bistro and very popular. This is my 5th stay so my prefered pub accomodation in Maitland

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the accommodation is comfortable, clean and great value for money. The pub food is excellent. The service is likewise excellent. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. The facilities around the hotel are also very good - great cafes, chemist, supermarket etc all within walking distance. Perfect for travellers.
