The check-in process was very comprehensive, including the issue of free transportation passes during our stay. The hotel is a very new design, and we couldn't believe how quiet the hotel continued to be, despite being fully booked. The breakfast was very substantial with both a good range hot and cold food. The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and appointed, and situated right in the heart of old Bern.
