This is a very nice modern hotel with a great view. The location is a bit away from old Town but with the bus stop right in front of the hotel (and the visitor card provided by the hotel that gives you free public transport), it was a breeze to get around. There is also a grocery store, a cinema, shopping and restaurants in the same building (or attached buildings). The staff was wonderful - friendly and very helpful. This was our last accommodation in Switzerland and it felt like a treat and a sweet way to end our trip.

Loved everything about the property. The attic room was perfectly cozy and spacious for 3 of us. The hotel staff were kind, attentive and very helpful. The spread while limited was tasty and promt. Excellent location in regard to the train station, a short 8' straight walk. Easy walk from there to all of the city of Chur. The hotel room was perfect inside with separate spaces in the room for children & parents, clean and welcoming. Breakfast was satisfying, even featuring free range Swiss eggs which were delicious. The stuff was superb! We thank them for all the help we got!

Walkable from train station Lot of eateries nearby plus a restaurant in the property. Long established since 1930s but remodeled to a spic and modern accommodation. Very clean and good for a stay. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend a stay here.

As a family of three we had a wonderful stay here! Everyone at front desk is super helpful with information for travellers and city cards! The accommodation was super clean too. My only reservation was the lift that was accessible from the first floor to the floors above, that means you need to carry your luggage to the reception on the first floor by the steps! Outside of that everything was super comfortable including the location!

Location was close to the train station only 10 mins walk . The restaurant downstairs Mamma- Mia served delicious food and gave us a 10% discount because we were staying at their accommodation. The apartment was clean , comfortable and quiet, had had a good shower and a coffee machine , After a big day traveling on the Bernina Express it was a prefect place to recharge . Would definitely stay again .

Excellent, distinctive accommodations in this historic former prison! We had a private room with bathroom. Look, it was a former prison cell so was it huge? No. Was it very well designed, quiet, comfortable, with wonderful shower? Yes! The attached restaurant KostBar was warm, full of friendly staff, superb food, lovely decor, and offers a short stumble back to your room after indulging in food and drink. Highly recommended!

Bogentrakt was great! It’s in the heart of the old town and a short walk from the train station. Such an interesting building - an old prison converted into bright, modern accommodation for travelers. While there is still work being done on the exterior, it didn’t affect our stay. The door to our room was an original prison door which led into a bright room with creative storage options, a very comfortable bed and a view of the mountains. The shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Glad we stayed there.
