Clean with a very well equipped kitchen, so ideal for longer stays. I would have booked a few more days if it had been available. Location is great. Mins walking to beach. Marina and Arroyo still has a good array of Tapas bars. So a big thumbs up for me. There is also an array of English cafes and bars, if that's your thing.
