Contact with owner, Gonzalo, went smoothly through Whatsapp. Housekeeper Juani handed the keys upon arrival and took care of the return of deposit on the day of departure. House has a lovely enclosed terrace. Communal pool is great. During the day we had it practically to ourselves until the evening hours when the residents came home from work. Supermarket Mercadona is a 5 minute walk away and Meloneras beach about a 15-20 minutes walk. There is plenty of space for a rental car outside the complex. Faro Maspalomas (lighthouse and boardwalk) can be done within a 30 minute walk, a taxi takes you there for about 5 or 6 euros.

The location is great, but you need a car. The apartment is very comfortable, one could even say luxurious. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a huge living room with kitchen and a large terrace.     We had a great stay the one bedroom apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The on site supermarket was very hand. We also had breakfast in the restaurant a few morning which was very nice. It is a very quite and safe site but also very close to restaurants and the beach.

    We have stayed in several luxury hotels in Gran Canaria, this one is the most impressive, especially for the commun areas. The infinity pool is splendid. The entire hotel complex is vast and beautiful. The breakfast and dinner included are so abundant and serviced in nicely decorated halls. Highly recommended.

    Comfortable property with everything needed for a lovely holiday. It is in a good location, the beach, restaurants and a large supermarket are all within walking distance. Oliver met us to explain and show us the property facilities, he provided us with a welcoming basket which was a lovely gesture. He also got in touch to ensure everything was ok during the course of our stay. Unfortunately the pool was being refurbished so we weren’t able to you use it however it does look good a really nice size.

    Our accommodation was 25( Bungalow 46) and it was very good. It met all we needed as a family in an apartment. The owner of the villa was exceptionally good and helpful. She was available to assist 24 hours.. She gave us an extra one day to stay at no cost because of an unexpected situation that happened to a family member....

    Amazing stay, the villa is absolutely stunning, and everything you could possibly want or need is there. The pool, jacuzzi, and outside spaces were perfect for a large family holiday. Kevin was extremely helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. This was our first experience booking a villa and would definitely book again.

    We had a wonderful experience and enjoyed our trip very much . This is a fantastic place for a family holiday. The proximity to Playa Meloneras is excellent, with restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was very spacious with large bedrooms. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was really nice. Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay and excellent hospitality. Thank you to the hosts for taking care of us. An address to recommend, that's for sure. We will be happy to come back.

    Beautiful property with gardens in a fabulous location. Spotlessly clean. Greeted on arrival, shown round property and given helpful information for our stay. Lovely complimentary gifts of fruit, water etc which was very nice touch. Spacious pool area. Within walking distance from beach, restaurants and shops. A lovely walk from Meloneras into Maspalomas with very nice restaurants, a lovely shopping area and beautiful beach. A very enjoyable holiday we will definitely be returning.
