we loved everything. the staff were really warm and friendly. we had a top floor room with a sea view out of one of the windows. The room was big and comfortable with lovely furnishings and a really comfortable bed. breakfast was fabulous, plenty of choice and the cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had. on leaving we were presented with a little bag with some water for our journey and some fudge - a nice little touch

Wonderful view, staff very friendly and helpful but no fuss at all. Dartmouth is a pearl in the UK and I can't wait to get back. By the way, the food in the pub was superb.

Accommodation was only a short walk into town, the views are also amazing! Perfect location and so peaceful (minus the seagulls).Extremely clean with everything you need, even little extras like games, books and binoculars..a lovely touch. Hosts very helpful and welcoming on arrival. Parking permit was a real bonus. Would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you :)

Excellent location, very quiet area, the accommodation has absolutely everything you need for your stay, detailed instructions booklet how all equipment works and hosts available to be contacted in case of any issues (though we didn’t have any as everything was great).

Brilliant location, so quiet and only a cab drive away from the main town. Now the accommodation, perfectly flowing, nice shape & style and beautifully decorated, bed was comfortable facilities just spot on. The only reservations were that we had to turn off the TV to operate the oven (as it tripped), but we were on holiday, so what? lol.

Fantastic location, overlooking the river and really close to the shops and other facilities. Cleanliness was spot on, and all the things you'd expect to find in this type of holiday accommodation were there. Nice touches were the roses and bottle of prosecco on arrival.

Excellent location within easy reach of all that Dartmouth has to offer. Lovely period accomodation in a central but quiet area. Hosts were very friendly relaxed and made you feel welcome. Nothing to much trouble to make your stay comfortable. Would we stay again. Definitely.
