I defered my stay until the pool was supposed to be open. The work was then extended on arrival it was shut still I was offered a £20 refund. Why I was not emailed to state it was still shut I don't know ! If it was i would have cancelled it . It's like booking a beach holiday to find there was no beach on arrival.
