Super cool place walking distance from a kilometers long perfect beach. Houses are perfect for a family. Most importantly, the hosts are an incredibly kind family, and you feel like you belong. Excellently clean and spacious rooms with a super comfortable bed. Had everything we needed for a very relaxing and peaceful two night stay. The gardens at the front were amazingly done. Great location for a stroll into Areopoli on an evening. Lots of restaurants, tavernas, bars and shops all in walking distance. We spent the day either in Limeni or Skoutari, both beautiful for swimming and lunches.

The breakfast was very good, selection was good, everything looked homemade. The facility is beautiful and everything is done to make you feel welcome including a welcome bottle of wine in your room on your arrival. The room was spacious nicely appointed and very clean.

Amazing location surrounded by nature, with private sandy beach, beautiful pool area and amazing staff making you feel like most valuable guests. It was my birthday at time we were staying at the property - i was greeted with bottle of local Prosecco and local fruits. Within the whole stay we enjoyed attentive care and also privacy. Rooms are spacious, bed is huge and comfy.

The host Mrs. Eleni and her daughter were really friendly and tried to make our stay comfortable. The size of the room was great. The pool was amazing and most of the times felt like a private pool, fully organised with sunbeds, inflatable toys etc. Pool towels were also provided. We had a basket of goods, snacks, beers etc offered to us as a welcome gift, which was really kind.

    Excellent location, 30 yards from beach but property had large (and beautiful) landscaped gardens with hedge to screen it from view. House up slight slope so spacious balcony gave sea view over hedge. Well equipped, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Anastasia an excellent host, communicated very quickly beforehand and during our stay to answer queries- even helped find a taxi firm to fetch us from our previous location. Great welcome from the housekeeper Sofia on arrival too.
