Warm and welcoming and especially at the breakfast he’s having a chat with all his guests individually. He’s asking for needs, daily plans and is giving nice recommendations. We stayed in Forsters Nest, which is located like in the second row behind the hotels and you can enjoy a beautiful lake view from the balcony. It has its own kitchen as well and the bathroom is very spacious. Great place to stay! We had some tricky favors but they always tried to help us out. The location is great, amazing view! The mattress in the room is very comfortable. The room had a large terrace with sunbeds, a table a chairs. There was a kettle and tea in the room, which we found very convenient. Overall, if you are a fan of Italian old houses, it’s a great place to stay, because it has so much character! And the best part for me was the smell in the house.
