The room and building were very clean, beautifully finished, and made with high-quality wood. We arrived around 9 p.m. and were warmly welcomed by a very pleasant young lady, who we later discovered was the host and also lived in one of the rooms in the same flat. The location is simply beautiful — the surrounding hills are picture-perfect and very well maintained. On our visit to the nearby borgo of Ripartisone, which we instantly fell in love with, we could even see the mountains with their first snow of the season. If you are in the area, visit Montedinove, from the main piazza you’ll enjoy a breathtaking, unspoiled view: the sea to the left, gentle rolling hills in the middle, and the mountains to the right. Simply dreamy. We absolutely adored the Marche region — it has nothing to envy of Tuscany!

The place exceeds expectations. The hosts are super warm and friendly! The facilities are very nice. The room itself (where we stayed) is comfortable with a balcony, with beautiful views. There is a kitchen, an outside dining area, and quite a big pool. The place is on a hill in the countryside, so you can enjoy views in tranquility. In the premises, you could stroll on their farmland (olive trees, garden, animals), so the place itself is very big. Short (10-15 minutes) drive to San Benedetto del Tronto and Grottammare with beaches, restaurants and shops. I mean it is one of the best places :) You cannot go wrong with booking there.

    The hospitality of our hosts Jonas and Emma was exceptional. The added bonus of meeting other guests and engaging with other people at the property. Jonas and Emma have done an incredible job of renovating this property, has an exceptional view of the ocean and is so comfortable. They are both wonderful people and we would definitely stay here again. The suite was a great choice, comfortable and homely.
