Nice boutique hotel with just 12 rooms. It is bang on the lake promenade and the location couldn't be better . we were shown to our room quickly even though we arrived early. Neat well laid out approaches, polite staff . The room was like a suit with a nice large sitting room small balcony and attached kitchenette. The breakfast was decent and well served. We were vegetarians so the hotel too some special care to provide us with extra fruits, cheese etc. surely we will come back to this hotel again.

Wonderful panoramic view from the balcony. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Quality of the furnishings. Very good shower. The Lago Maggiore remains one of the most unsettling places in Europe. Welcome. Sylvia, your host, perfectly organized and gently methodical, has a logical answer to each of your questions (even before your arrival). The gate opens, your car slowly drives down a gravel driveway, shaded by century-old trees, and the house appears, poised, facing a breathtaking scenery. The architectural terrace, overhanging, offers you this incredible view that you can enjoy from different perspectives, sitting on a bench, or in armchairs, hammocks or smiling blissfully in the modern outdoor jacuzzi. All the facilities are top of the line and explained by Sylvia in detail upon your arrival. Like on a ‘Carte du Tendre’, you can pick shady or sunny spots, isolated or close by, but always carefully thought out. The private wellness room on the ground floor includes all instruments and accessories: saunas, tropical showers, elliptical bike, massage chairs, etc. Later, going up to the small perched space that is dedicated to you (as long as you want to spend an exceptional moment, put the cursor at the maximum), you will find yourself in the middle of the vegetation, still enjoying the view, grandiose, from a small chalet, in a bright space optimized with taste. A fire in the wood stove, two flutes of Prosecco and gentle music will follow. A house designed by an Italian composer in a heavenly garden, pointing at the Borromean Islands with your loved one … if you’re romantic, what are you waiting for? Michel et Carine.
