This property is absolutely stunning and pictures do not do it justice! The view is so incredible at all hours of the day and it is only a short walk from the station which was such a relief, especially when carrying heavy suitcases uphill on cobbled roads. It had all the facilities we needed including hairdryer, an adapter, USB ports as well as kitchen facilities. Everything was very new, well kept and very clean which made the stay even more pleasant. Enrico was helpful throughout the stay and was very easily reachable through WhatsApp. His shop is only 20 meters away from the property and is well worth a visit for some delicious gourmet gifts as well as any snacks/drinks you need during your stay. Shops and restaurants were a quick 9 minute walk from the property as well as the Villa Monastero which is well worth a visit for the scenic views. The ferry port was also only a few minutes away with easy access to Bellagio and Mennagio. Overall, a fantastic trip and very accessible for those who don’t have a car.

The host is very friendly. The Apartment is very spacious, comfortably furnished and very tidy. The room is equipped with 2 air conditioners, so it is not afraid of the heat in the hot summer. Renata and her partner are very friendly. She lets me check in earlier and store luggage even after check out. B&B is very close to train station and the ferry step. The room is well decorated with good care, in which has the best bed that I have ever slept in B&B. The breakfast is awesome with beautiful mountain scene. Additionally, she is very sweet! She gave me lavendar as a goodbye gift. I would definitely come back if I visit veranda again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! Everything was spotless and well maintained, with fresh, clean bedding that made us feel right at home. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better - just a short walk to local bakeries, shops, and everything you might need. The replacement bus service was quick and hassle free, making getting around very easy. Carlota is a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always ready with the information we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Caza Fabrizia!

This was a great place to stay with breath taking views over the lake and to the backdrop mountains. The apartment was spacious and stylish. It was located outside the busy area of Varenna, with easy access to off road tracks, so a perfect place to be.The Fiumelatte train station was a short walk away.

Location! Everything in Veranna was a walking distance. Fantastic communication with the Host. He sent us all informations and recommendations ahead of time. The entire place was beautiful, clean, and prepare for the guest with everything you will need during your stay. Across the street there is fantastic Italian restaurant. Food was delicious and the service really friendly. IF you thinking to visit Lake Como do not think twice and book Veranna by Foot. You can commute from there to other cities, like Bellagio or Como by water taxi. I strongly recommend it and will definately come back.

My family and I stayed for just two nights in the lovely town of Varenna. Elizabeth House was absolutely amazing. The location, the accommodations, and the view were perfect. Directly across the corridor from the entrance to the apartment is a jewelry store called Yayla e LELO. The couple was extremely friendly, and their store was incredible. Everyone in the Varenna Holidays office was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit! Overall, our experience was wonderful. We would highly recommend staying here.

Great location !! You can easily walk everywhere around Varenna and the host(s) were absolutely amazing!! I would highly recommend staying here. The restaurants are great and it’s so easy to get over to Bellagio via ferry. I would also recommend the wine shop outside the accommodation (it’s owned by the hosts) - the wine and food are delicious and there’s a huge range to try. Cookware & Dish-ware: all available, clean and new.

We loved this accommodation. So clean filled with all amenities and so very very close to train station. We were greeted by our host at the front door. Attilio was so friendly and loved the treats left for us. He was so accommodating re check in as we were arriving late. Nothing was an issue for him. Would highly recommend a stay here. Wish we stayed longer

The best stay we could have had at lake Como. The host, Marilena really took our holiday to the next level. She is the sweetest lady who gave us all the tips on where to eat and drink in town and where else to go for fun. She was even driving us around in her car multiple times during the 3 days. The service she provided was just truly unbelievable. If anyone is thinking to stay anywhere in this area, definitely recommend to stay in Camilla House! Thank you Marilena!

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the lake. Very easy to access all of the restaurants and activities in Varenna from the accommodation. The room was also expansive with a large bathroom and kitchen area. Wish we stayed longer!

Valerio and family met us at the train station and helped with bags and transportation to accommodation, the apartment was very clean and the facilities were very comfortable. The apartment is in great location, 3 minute walk from the train station and very close to ferry terminal. Varenna was our favourite location on the lake, Valerio and family were great hosts and made our stay all the more enjoyable, I highly recommend this apartment to families or couples travelling together. Maria and Pietro met us at the Plazza as we arrived by taxi and escorted us to Annina’s House which was a great help as it is not easy finding your way thru the many little vias and steps The accommodation is decorated in traditional Italian and is well appointed with all you need for a short stay holiday We spent six wonderful nights The studio is centrally located and at mid level so stair climbing is minimised .
