Everything! Casalay is a perfect get away from the hussle & bussle of Manila. It is perfectly situated and gves pictureques views. The room is lovely. The bathroom big and water pressure very good. Whaaat a wonderful stay we've had. So wonderful people, Macrina, Charles, Belle (and the guests Gary and Anthony). Leaving after three days and we already take them in our hearts. The breakfast is the best we've had in Philippines (even compared to much more expensive places). Macrina is a cook and an extraordinary one. She adapted for us eating vegetarian and not just anything to check the box, delicious food. We went to the karaoke with them at Macrinas restaurant and had a great night. Lots of laughs. The beach, 3 minutes walk, is great. We went snorkeling and enjoyed it. A stay we just won't forget.

Everything about our stay was great! The shower was fantastic – strong pressure and perfect temperature, which made it really refreshing. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even allowing us to check in early, which we truly appreciated. Having the option to cook our own breakfast made us feel right at home. This is a small hotel ran by mostly family with a few staff. This gives the hotel a very comfortable and homey feel. The breakfast options are all delicious especially the tocino and longganisa (they don't use red food dye!) All the staff and owners are wonderful and my family had such a cozy stay. The shuttle service to the beach was always available and the staff went above and beyond to help me get a cake for my dad at 11pm at night.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Minshuku KCS Hotel and Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very kind, polite, and hospitable employees who made us feel right at home. Their exceptional customer service truly made a difference throughout our stay. The hotel offers delicious food, with a variety of tasty options at an affordable price. The menu is reasonably priced, making it a great value for the quality of food served. The free breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and it was the perfect way to start our day. The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, which made it an ideal place for total relaxation. We were able to enjoy some peace and quiet, surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and clean—everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers laundry services at a very cheap price, which was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights of our experience was the reliable service provided by the hotel’s staff. We ventured to a very far location, and our knowledgeable driver went above and beyond by not only ensuring a smooth and safe journey, but also serving as our tour guide along the way. His insights into the area and local culture made the trip even more enjoyable, and his attentiveness and care made us feel completely at ease. We also had the joy of celebrating New Year with the wonderful staff. It felt like a warm home away from home, as everyone joined in the festivities and made the occasion extra special. When we requested a dinner at the viewing deck, the staff went above and beyond to make it an awesome dining experience. They served our food and made sure to stay nearby to check if we needed anything, ensuring we had everything we wanted. Their thoughtful and attentive service made the meal even more memorable. At first Victoria's Bed & Breakfast felt like visiting family... Victoria and Johnny take about their clients as family members. - it starts already before arriving, I was contacted and was helped to get the free QR-code (to visit the island) because already 'friendly' people would do this too ... for money (300 pesos) - taxi was already arranged to pick us up! - we received an upgrade from the room... a bigger one than booked. - breakfast was fresh prepared ... just ask and it was prepared. - if a taxi was needed ... it was arranged - tips for what to do and what to visit, where to eat ... and where not!! - and the hiking through the rainforrest, absolute loved it.. thnx Victoria!! For me it felt like a home far away from home (others already said this too, but it is true), for me it was the perfect stay during my stay at Puerto Galera.

    Good location, close to the beach and the main shopping street. The hosts were fantastic, made me very welcome, gave me tips and Anthony took a small group of us out snorkeling and a hike to a waterfall. They can arrange for you to be picked up from the pier, which I would recommend, and Malou arranged my trip back to Batangas. Good basic clean accommodation, with comfy beds, Internet and breakfast. Highly recommend staying here and I will be back the next time I am in the Philippines.

    We had such a great time staying here. Lovely and accommodating owner and staff. The place itself is exceptionally wonderful,the pool, the interior, it's relaxing beachfront exterior ambiance as well is superb that you can have a peaceful evening as it's distant from the night crowd. The hotel's located within 2 to 3 minutes walk going to the bustling bars if you want to chill out. Quite near to restos at the bay too. Overall excellent service and accommodation to where our family will stay at again.
