Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

The location is beautiful: on the marina, with two nice pools, not too big. There are a lot of activities we can do (boat tour, paddle, yoga, bike). The rooms are beautiful, very comfortable and the amenities lovely.

Blissful few days away. The place has just been renovated so everything is new and finished to a high spec. The towels are lush. The staff are extremely friendly and they offer beach service which is nice. Great location to the beach and town.

It was located just a short 2 min walk to main street and 2 min walk to the beach. Everything you need was within a short walk. The accommodations were private and comfortable, definitely worth it's value.

Everything about this property is fabulous. The accommodations, the staff, the restaurant; Montauk Manor never fails to make our annual trip absolutely amazing. Diana at the front desk went above and beyond this year to make our stay wonderful. She is part of the reason why we continue to stay at the Manor when we vacation there. Cant wait to come back.

Excellent staff upon arrival through completion. Greeted by everyone wherever they were on the property with a smile and a hello. The accommodations were very spacious and cleaned by the staff. It felt very clean and well maintained

Bring Fido lists the hotel as being pet friendly and my administrative assistant booked it for me and my small dog for a work trip. After checking in around 4 I was told at 10 pm my dog couldn’t stay and even though I had pre paid for the room I had to find other accommodations at 10 pm in Montauk.

Having been numerous times before and under the Gurney’s flag, the property is the same in construct and setup mostly but sadly is worse than last Summer overall from accommodations to staffing.
