Make-your-own breakfast included just about any food, beverage, and cooking utensil you could want. We took advantage of the hot tub/sauna/steam room (one hour of private time is included in your stay). We did not use the yoga/fitness studio because our stay was brief, but I wish we’d stayed a little longer so we could have used it. Michael (our host) gave us a great overview of the property and facilities. He was helpful and friendly, without being intrusive. Great communication from hosts before our arrival.

The baby goats and lambs were an unexpected and delightful bonus treat for my wife and I. You will get a quintessential salt spring experience when you come here. We are coming back for our wedding anniversary in June!

The apartment is bright and sunny, really clean and had everything we needed. Sue and Chris are great hosts. Sue is so friendly and told us all about the area. She is a fantastic cook and makes the best scones we have ever tasted. The spa pool and sitting area were also much appreciated and we enjoyed the late afternoon sun. All in all, a lovely place to stay.

This cottage is wonderful—so many artistic and fun touches and so many charming features. Even the teenagers were in awe of it. The hostess and her cat were both lovely. We got many great tips about local restaurants which we thankfully followed and ate some of the best food of our trip. And we loved hanging at the cottage and hoping the cat would come along. What a treasure!
