The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient whether traveling for business or tourism. The facilities are clean and well maintained, and the business center is particularly comfortable and functional. Breakfast was delicious, and overall the service provided by the staff was outstanding.

Unipark by Oro Verde Hotels is located beside Parque Seminario and within Unicentro Shopping Mall, opposite the Metropolitan Cathedral and just 3 blocks from Malecón 2000. Hotel is a bit more pricey than other options in Ecuador, but it offers very good quality. Room was comfortable, with great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Staff is excellent and they are always very helpful. Hotel is very central and there is a guard at the entrance so you always feel safe. It is next to a mall, which is very convenient. Hotel has a restaurant and bar and they have a pick up service from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Comfortable bed, good bathroom with good shower, kitchen you can use to cook. The flat is well clean. Location is next to a mall and not far from the airport and bus station. Good value for money. Owner is very kind and helpful, very nice host! Overall we were happy with the choice!
