Al Alamein Hotel is located in Marassi, Sidi Abd El Rahman, overlooking the beautiful Sidi Abd El Rahman Bay in Egypt. The hotel is a historic retreat on the idyllic beaches of Egypt’s North Coast. The property was super clean and organized. The design is amazing. The staff were very friendly and professional, Barakat, Metwaly and the house keeping staff were amazing. Everyone else was great, I just didn’t catch all the name. Thanks to all the staff!

E stata una bella esperienza. hotel ben curato , accogliente e di lusso pulitissimo . molto gentili gli staff . ma sopratutto il manager ahamed galal che ci ha seguiti per tutta la vacanza . mare bellissimo caldo giusto per un bagno . cibo internazionale molto buono , camerieri gentilissimi. e sempre pronti alle nostre esigenze . lo consiglio vivamente perché e uno dei pochi che e veramente un 5 stelle in Egitto.

Abdo and the entire team at Cafour were incredible hosts. We were truly amazed by their warm hospitality, especially after just arriving from the chaos of Cairo😅. One of the highlights of the camp was the natural hot spring—it was our go-to spot between activities. The team was also incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations on things to do and places to visit in Siwa and other parts of Egypt as well. If you speak Arabic, Mansour is an exceptional guide and an absolute legend!

The lodge is beautiful and peaceful and has a beautiful roof top. It is around 20 min walk from the town centre and the walk is beautiful and peaceful. The host is so welcoming and accommodating and efficiently arranged any tours or transport we needed - he always selected great, trust worthy drivers. In fact, he even helped when we left our phone in a taxi. Thank you so much!! Ahmed really goes above and beyond for his guests, anything you need he’ll help! The rooms have a rustic feel, I feel the cold and so would have appreciated warmer bedding in the winter. Although once I asked for more blankets we were provided with them immediately! If you are looking for a peaceful and authentic homely experience- sleep in siwa is for you!
