Everything , staff and facilities were unreal , couldn't have asked for better . Best value for money and the food was incredible

Free WiFi is available in all public areas. The location, staff, our room with a view of the hills and the fabulous breakfast. It was our first visit to the Malvern area and what a great introduction it was. Even coped with the carpark... it's very flat where we live!

The Malvern Hills Hotel is a family owned hotel situated directly opposite from the Iron Age hill fort British Camp, a major landmark with a superb vista from the summit. It is also perfectly positioned for different walks and trails along the hills, or exploring the local area. 1. Arrived early for check-in but the nice restaurant/beer garden was open and that made the wait so much better. 2. Unfortunately the rooms don't have refrigerators but that meant anytime you needed milk for tea - you can call front-desk and they brought it to you in seconds - it was a nice service. 3. Room Service - they do offer the ability to bring food to the room. 4. recommend the suites because they have a sunset view. 5. On-site restaurants - the pub and Vu restaurant have the same food but lovely experiences and high quality food. 6. Joe provided great service

The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. The bathroom and kitchenette were nice and the apartment had the best selection of teas, coffees, and hot chocolates of any place ive stayed at. The directions and check in access were easy to follow.
