I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

So close to so many restaurants and attractions. You can walk anywhere! They have a driver service that will take you anywhere you want. We needed a 3 hour ride to Kazbegi and we got Kakha, a young gentleman who was amazing! He speaks English, he is super friendly and very helpful. He was a great tour guide who stopped us at a few locations to take pictures while explaining the rich history of Georgia. Kakha took us to the Friendship Monument even though it was snowing and super windy. Stayed with us and walked with us in the cold and took our pictures. He dropped us off at our new accommodation and helped us with our luggage. He was amazing! Thank you Kakha and David, and thank you Mukhrantubani Hotel for a wonderful experience!
