Wai Resort - Raja Ampat presenta un giardino, una zona spiaggia privata, una terrazza e un ristorante a Pulau Birie. Absolutely incredible stay. The island is so beautiful, the resort and staff are lovely. The snorkelling trips were wonderful but the house reef is stunning too. Great food, love the reef sharks outside the restaurant, and a heavenly massage with a viewing window you could watch the fish swim by. We would come back in a heartbeat!

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and blended seamlessly with nature, offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere with all the amenities we needed. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of the jungle—perfect for enjoying quiet moments together. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a wonderful variety of fresh, local options amidst the tranquil jungle setting. Overall, it was an amazing experience and the perfect escape for a romantic retreat.

TABARI DIVE LODGE si trova a Pulau Mansuar e prevede la vista sul mare, un giardino, una zona spiaggia privata, una terrazza, un ristorante e un bar. Il WiFi gratuito è in dotazione. Il tabari dive lodge si trova su un’isoletta quasi deserta in mezzo al nulla davvero paradisiaca. L’atmosfera è accogliente e familiare, si cena tutti insieme nella capanna sull’acqua, il bravissimo e giovanissimo chef Yosua ha preparato delle cene spettacolari e ci ha anche deliziato con la sua bellissima musica dal vivo. La nostra stanza era bellissima, curata e pulita ogni giorno. Le gite di diving e snorkeling che organizzano sono ottime, ci siamo trovati benissimo sia io che facevo solo snorkeling, che mio marito che faceva diving. Le location sono spettacolari, piene di pesci e fondali meravigliosi. Ho fatto con loro anche il battesimo di mare e le guide sono state eccezionali, sopratutto un grazie speciale a Like e Olan che ci hanno accompagnato sempre con il sorriso, professionalità e disponibilità. Brigitte è una persona gentile e premurosa come una mamma con tutti i suoi ospiti. Il Tabari è una realtà piccolina ma piena di gentilezza e buone vibes che ti lascia un magico ricordo. Spero di poterci tornare un giorno, per ora grazie di cuore Tabari

Situato a Kri nella regione Papua Barat, l’alloggio Turtle Dive Homestay offre un balcone e la vista sul mare. Questa struttura fronte spiaggia presenta un giardino e una terrazza. Super friendly staff and some of the tastiest food ever in Indo. We didn’t do any of the multitude choices of snorkeling or dive trips because we had just done a liveaboard. Will, the director, very accommodating and helpful. There is a reef of sorts out front with nice big fish, some surviving coral. People have spotted turtles and manta but I wasn’t lucky. Lots of beaches fringing the island and another couple walked and snorkelled their way half way around. There is a small shop selling beer and biscuits. So beautiful!

You know how people only ever write a review when an experience was either truly bad or exceptionally good. Well, this review will be an exceptionally good one. It was our first time in Raja Ampat, let alone Indonesia. Eddo Homestay was our first accommodation and we had low expectations from what we generally read about accommodations in Raja Ampat and because it was a newly built place with few reviews. However, our expectations were exceeded. The first thing I wanna highlight is the hospitality, kindness and service of all the staff there. I especially want to mention Acho, the guy who manages the Homestay and took care of anything we needed. The first two days we were the only two guests at the Homestay and had the best experiences. Acho personally went snorkeling with us at Yenbuba Jetty, took us to a Sandbank, to Sauwandarek Village and Arborek. He was pretty much our personal guide and we enjoyed every single minute of it. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our "wishes" / requests, no matter what it was about (excursions, food, more data for our sim card, etc.). He would also always sit with us for every meal, talk to us, share about life in Indonesia. It was like hanging out with your older brother. They also tried their best to offer a variety of different foods each day. For breakfast we had toast, fried eggs, pancakes, Nutella, jam, cheese and one day (upon our request) even Avocado. For lunch and dinner it's mostly rice but always with either fish, meat, vegetables, salad, etc. And always delicious. Our highlight were the chocolate chip cornflakes with cold fresh milk though. The cabins were very spacious with a double bed and mosquito net, a couch, a little closet area with hangers and a fan. The bathroom was huuuge and beautifully designed. Each cabin has a terrace with two lounge chairs where we mostly hung out. We had everything we needed. The entire place was very clean, the cabins, the restaurant, everything.

Fellow travelers, this is an absolute bargain, trust me! Pedro is as nice as a host can be, always paying attention to the details so that we had the best experience we could. The accommodation, although not in the centre of Waisai, is not far and the porch has outstanding views of the bay. Moreover, the bed is comfortable and big, the bathroom is well equipped and the AC brings a luxurious touch compared to some of the other guest houses. In terms of the food, they serve both breakfast and dinner included in the price and they're both varied and delicious. If you want to have a beer watching the sunset, you can also buy them directly from Pedro. Finally, he rents motorbikes and happens to know all the necessary people to make the experience of Waisai truly complete. To sum up, this place exceeded our expectations and we feel that it will be much busier once more reviews will pop up, as he only opened it in August 2025.

What a wonderful homestay in a stunning location. Julia,her family and staff were fabulous hosts always very friendly even though we had a language barrier. They provided a superb escape to relax and unwind. We stayed for 8 nights which to some may seem too long but there was plenty to do with the day trips on offer all of which were far cheaper than resort prices. We hired kayaks for a day, visited the local village as well as enjoying plenty of snorkeling trips. Visited Tanjung putus channel twice, Friwen, Arborek Island, Manta trip, Gam bay jellyfish and bat cave. All trips were well organised with lunch provided as needed. Travel was by long boat, great fun with Andre and Billy. The homestay is clean and well maintained with plenty of water for drinking and washing. The food was terrific, Julia and her sister are very good cooks. The meals were varied and tasty. We loved the fresh fish, chicken, omelettes and the variety of fresh vegetable dishes. The fresh fruit, banana fritters, pancakes, small cakes and donuts were v good too. Meal times were breakfast at 7, lunch at midday, snack at 4 then dinner at 7. Our only difficulty was that our eSIM provider didn’t work there (some guests had 4G). This meant we couldn’t use google translate so sometimes communication was tricky. We learned to trust their organisation and go with the flow as they were always out to give us the best time. We give this homestay 10 out of 10. It’s a wonderful way to get the genuine homestay experience with lovely locals.

The bungalow is clean and from the balcony you can watch the sunset. What we liked most is the excellent food. The chef is doing a really good job. Also for vegetarians they are good yummy options (tempeh, tofu). Adin offers also day trips for snorkeling etc. The other guests liked that a lot! We were mostly diving. The boat from the dive center just picks you up from the homestay, which is really convenient.
