The room I was assigned was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was plush and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep, while the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a big bathroom, added to the convenience. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel’s travel desk assisted me in arranging visits to the Jagannath Temple, Chilika Lake, and Konark Sun Temple, making my sightseeing hassle-free. Another aspect that stood out was the impeccable housekeeping and room service. The staff maintained high standards of cleanliness and promptly attended to any requests. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. The location of the hotel was ideal, providing easy access to both the beach and the main tourist attractions. Overall, my stay at Hotel in Puri, Odisha, was an unforgettable experience. I will certainly return on my next trip to this beautiful coastal town!

To name all the people would be difficult, but some names that have stuck due to personalized service, are Ganesh, Ashish, Shakti & Champati. Food comes first, so they made meals especially to suit our peculiar preferences. Thank you. Shrirupa took such great care of us, as did her team - Shamita, Nandini, Rohit & Swarna. At the front desk, Ritayan, Vedika, Saswati, Rahul, Vikas, Abhishek, Sachin & Niladri were wonderful. Niladri even helped us out of a tight spot. Thank you. Nirmalaya, Powrnami, Ankush & Abhik were great. A hotel is excellent thanks to staff who go the extra mile. We even had a good chauffeur through Trident. Jagdish bhai was courteous all through our travels. Trident is our go to hotel chain. Keep up the standards. You do stand apart even among other 5 star hotel chains we have stayed with. The property is elegant, classy.
