Friendly and helpful staff, always a smile when entering the breakfast in the morning. we stayed in the dependance which was newly renovated. The property and the social areas are outstanding. Pool and garden are very good. Can’t wait to come back here.

Garage parking is available on request. The hotel has had a serious upgrade from our previous stays. It was always a lovely hotel however the upgrade has made it special. All staff were professional and friendly. Will definitely return.

Staff checked us into our room immediately which meant we could rest after our “ jet lag”. very very much appreciated!!

Breakfast was lovely and the hotel decor was very nice.

There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house has family rooms. Silvia was very responsive and helpful. She arranges self check in and check out with a fancy automated system. I really appreciated her assistance and local recommendations. The room was spotless and modern, and the AC worked perfectly. The property is about a 7 min walk up to the old town and about 6 min walk from the train station. Very convenient.

At the bed and breakfast, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Everything was fantastic!!! I had such a pleasant stay at "B&B La Casa Di Walter"! Signora Cintzia was very kind and guided me step by step with the on-line check in.🤗 I had a very good room, modern and decorated in very good taste,with very good quality furniture. I liked the bathroom as well !!! The b&b is just near the famous Doumo Di Sant Emidio,the protector of Ascoli Piceno town,and the protector of the earthquakes. I participated at La Quintana,la festa di Sant Emidio. It was a unique experience! Three celebration days! Who else than not the Italians can warship so beautifully their ancestors!!!❤️ All in all the b&b was spotless! I recommend it to anyone who want to have a nice and quiet stay in a gorgeous town! I would like to come back ! Thank you,once again for your hospitality!
