The private rooms are absolutely amazing. The hostel organized a special Iftar dinner (we visited during Ramadan) and they had various delicious food options at the rooftop. The rooftop was a great place to chill out and enjoy the stunning sunset after wondering around Petra. We could park our car in front of the hostel for free. Tip if you have a rental car: drive to the free parking spot near Petra instead of walking; it’s a quite steep walk down to the entrance.

Wadi Musa itself is perfectly safe for everyone to walk or drive around at any time, day or night — absolutely no danger anywhere. Before our arrival, the staff communicated with us through WhatsApp, giving perfect directions to the hotel and asking whether we wanted two separate beds or a king-size bed. Upon arrival, they warmly welcomed us with coffee and tea in the lobby, where we could relax on wonderfully comfy sofas — a truly exceptional first impression. One of the hotel’s absolute highlights is its fantastic rooftop restaurant. The panoramic view is breathtaking, and the food is nothing short of superb. Breakfast there was a truly memorable experience: incredible flavors, a delightful atmosphere, beautiful background music, and an ambiance that engages all the senses. Every detail was carefully attended to, making us feel genuinely special — almost like members of a Royal Family. The staff are extraordinary — kind, professional, and always willing to go far beyond what is expected. They provided insider tips for visiting Petra, shared secret local advice, and arranged shuttle service to and from the site, making our visit effortless. They even helped us with practical needs such as finding a barber or buying a new phone or accessories. Their service, kindness, diplomacy, and excellent English communication are simply unbelievable. The rooms are bright, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. They are fully air-conditioned (with heating), and the modern glass-paneled bathroom offers hot water and wall-mounted shampoo and shower gel dispensers. Towels are refreshed daily.
