Free WiFi is available in common areas. We were very tired after a long drive & went to the reception to check in. The staff ( very pleasant, cheerful young lady Janina ) told us our booking was from the next day, she said she will sort it out & gave us an upgrade to a room with a panoramic view of the Fjords. Hospitality staff like her are the plus points for the property . We interacted with the founder of the hotel Ola, a very fine gentleman. The Jacuzzi with a view of the Fjords, complimentary Nespresso coffee machines everywhere, use of the washing machine and a dryer were very helpful. 🙏

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of NOK 250 per pet, per stay applies. Cozy and green camping area with amazing views. Nice cottages with terraces facing the fjord with great views and long afternoon sun (weather dependent of course :) ). The Geiranger area is fantastic and Vinje camping is a good base for exploring. The inflatable bouncing pillow is a hit with the kids. The staff were nice and helpful, also in answering our questions before arrival.

Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Amazing spot and incredible view as the hotel is located on the waters edge of the fjord. Staff were helpful and it’s only a short drive to the main town.

Havila Hotel Geiranger’s history dates back to the 1860s. Some rooms offer views of Geiranger Fjord. It had a heated floor in the bathroom. The staff were so kind. The surroundings of the hotel, were Great with River flowing under a Bridge. And a Small drive to a nearby Snowy mountain where we had a lotta fun in the Snow. The staff was so kind,smart and I must say Great enough to message us early the day we had to check in letting us know that Route 63 was closed because of snow and what exactly we will have to do and which place we will have to go to take a ferry to reach them.  This was really so nice and kind of them,  if not for their message, we would never reach the hotel on time or never be able to check in that day for sure. Really they have gone out of their by sending us that message.  They didn’t have to do that.  No Hotel needs to be concerned,  about how their customers are going to reach them. The Dinner at the Restaurant was Good n Sufficient.

Central Geiranger is 4 km away. Heaven on earth! The owner was sooooo nice and helpful. He was always available and took care of everything. The location is just fantastic, free parking with electric charging stations for our car (available for a really fair fee). Amazing facilities. We had BBQ and dined with a view over the fjord. We visited in the beginning of June, and the weather was great. 20 hours of sun 🌞 high pressure, warm shower after the hike is just such a blessing 🙌

The hotel is situated by the National Tourist Route, only 100 metres from the Flydalsjuvet Cliff. The Seven Sisters Waterfall is also nearby. Excellent hotel with a fantastic location! The view from the hotel lobby and rooms with a view is absolutely stunning. The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean, and it fully meets expectations. We really enjoyed the breakfast.
