Situato a Gisborne, a 300 metri da Waikanae Beach e 900 metri da Midway Beach, Two Palms prevede un giardino e il WiFi gratuito, oltre a un parcheggio privato gratuito per chi viaggia in auto. Such a quaint little stay. Unfortunately there for a Tangi and last minute decision to not drive tired. Absolutely loved loved loved the beds and pillows, so much so, I had to come home and buy that mattress. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The Host Nic was very courteous and accommodating your every need (next time I'll make sure to include some preferences and read the compendium haha) . Above and beyond service. Great breakfast, refreshments and well equipped little kitchenette. It was located on the Road where I first lived in Gisborne, right opposite my old school Awapuni school. Great off street parking, and I noticed you can also charge an electric car there for all the electric car owners. Close to the beach (went for a metal detect) close to town and very quiet. I am defintely going to recommend to others who visit Gisborne. It was very nostalgic for me and bought back so many memories after being away a good 29 years. Super chuffed with my stay. PS. I now know how to use a smart TV as well :)

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

Ocean Beach Motel offers comfortable accommodation in Wainui Beach, just 5 minutes’ drive from the Gisborne city centre. It felt like a home away from home — so cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, especially Caroline, the manager. She made sure we had everything we needed for our Christmas BBQ and was just so accommodating and welcoming. The cleaning crew were also amazing and friendly. Then there’s the beach! Beautiful Wainui beach is a two minute walk away.
