I loved everything about this place! The staff were ALL very friendly (and a special shout out to the lovely Mafalda who gave suggestions on what to see, answered our questions about the Portuguese language and culture, and delivered friendly smiles like warm sunshine every day without fail!) The rooms are well appointed & clean (extremely important to us!), the breakfast had a good selection each day (yes, the same foods each day, but you could select something new each day for a week without eating the same thing twice), the location is perfect (so close to beaches and a short 5-10 minute walk into town), the view is wonderful, and I miss sitting on the balcony each morning with my cappuccino enjoying the sea view and breeze with the sounds of doves cooing. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I will definitely be back!

The property itself - so lovely and exquisite; it’s location with respect to the centre of town and access to other sites around the island; the staff are so clientele focused - couldn’t be more helpful, nothing too much for them, always smiling, lovely individuals; so clean and immaculate and the bed so comfortable.Breakfast was excellent, so much and so tasty.

Great service and amazing hotel. Newly renovated and had all the comforts. We stayed in a family room with bunk beds and we really enjoyed it😍 Owner and employee was very kind and helpful. Location is excellent!

Partenope is in the center of Angra, near the botanical garden. The parking space is very close and it's cheap. Taxi od near as the bus stop. Restaurants and cafes are near as well as shops. It's a quiet establishment and honestly I can't in the evening and went around in the morning, My bunk bed was spacious and pleasant. Breakfast is basic; bread, cheese and ham, yogurt, juice, coffee, honey, Nutella, some sweets and fruits as well. Enough to start the day. The kitchen is spacious and has everything for a quick snack. It was pleasant to chat with the owner of the establishment as well. If you're looking for a place to end the day and start fresh, this is the place.

Fantastic hotel, would 100% recommend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Unlimited access to the coffee machine. Loads of easy parking. Great location. Lovely pool and spa. The room was very large and had a powerful shower. Everyone was new as the hotel was only been open for a year. We had a problem with our flight - it was delayed by 6 hours until after 3am, so Tony (the hotel owner), kindly picked us up (as the taxi ranks were closed). The hotel staff had excellent communication when discussing our delayed flight problem through the booking.com website.

We felt truly welcome and well taken care of at Casa Franco da Serra. This family-run hotel has a warm, homely atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The owner and her son were incredibly kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were even invited to a small family gathering over the weekend, and everyone was so warm and friendly! It was such a lovely way to experience real Portuguese hospitality on our first visit to Portugal. The hotel is located a bit outside the town center, so having a car is convenient for getting around. That said, we managed perfectly well using the bus (there’s a stop right in front of the house) and returning by taxi without any issues. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Terceira who is looking for peace, nature, and a quiet retreat.

Angra Heritage - City Center Hostel prevede camere ad Angra do Heroísmo vicino a Spiaggia della Zona Balnear da Prainha e Praia da Silveira. The most unique apartment I've ever stayed at! Located right in the heart of Angra, with great restaurants and cafés, steps to the beach and marina. Lovely historical building, beautifully renewed, modern design inside. The apartment is located on the top floor, but the stairs are not as bad as they seem. It's kind of a loft, with one more flight of stairs leading to the room. Modern and very nice design, fantastic lighting (many different options). Big and very comfortable bed in the middle of the room made me feel like a queen :) Bright and nice bathroom, well equipped. Very big terrace with table and chairs was my favourite place to have breakfasts and spend the evenings, with a great view over the rooftops of the city. Shared kitchen on the floor, well equipped, which was fully at my disposal, as there were no other guests on the floor. Fantastic receptionist - warm, kind and helpful! Beautiful welcome - a magnet, handwritten postcard and scented candle lit in the apartament. Definitely I'll choose Angra Heritage when I'm back to Terceira!

It’s and amazing place! Looks exactly like the pictures. It’s a new place, it’s clean, beautiful, well maintained. All the staff without exception were so friendly and nice to us. Breakfast was great as well. It’s about 20 minutes walk from a main area of restaurants and bars (walkable at night), great view over mount brazil and the ocean. We loved seeing the sunset from the pool while reading a book. The place also has a big private parking lot for free. We didn’t wanted to leave
