The people make the difference. Sometimes you forget how good and kind people can be — and then someone like Richard (Richard and Isabel are the owners) comes along and reminds you. I arrived early at 08:00, before check-in time, after a long night train. I was tired, confused, and had many concerns about my ski plans (we dont ski in Israel, and it was my first time). Then I met Richard at the reception. He noticed my stress and calmly said, "Why don’t we start with breakfast? Allow me to take care of your belongings untill the room is ready." He truly wrapped me in care and kindness — and it meant the world to me. All my questions were answered by Isabel, who gave me great recommendations and guidance. Richard shared helpful ski tips, and I even received a lovely Easter gift — a small egg filled with chocolates. The place itself is very clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the only downside is the distance to the ski area, which can be a bit challenging. To summarize — I 100% recommend this place. Situato nel centro di Åre, a soli 100 m da Piazza Åre Torg e a 300 m dall'impianto di risalita Kabinbanan, questo aparthotel offre sistemazioni a ristorazione indipendente con connessione WiFi... Wonderful location, big cosy rooms like home-away-from-home. Exceptionally good price/value-rate. Common room in basement is a life saver (because of weather!) while waiting the check-in. We recommend this place esp. for longer stay in Åre.

On arrival we were greeted by the host, who helped us access the property and left us with some freshly made cinnamon pastries and biscuits, which were gorgeous! The photos of the apartment do not do this property justice. It was spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped (dishwasher/washer/dryer/coffee machine/induction hob/storeage-area for skis snowboards etc.) all the homely comforts you require. Definitely a home from home! Freshly ground coffee & filters, soap and shampoo, washing powder, condiments all provided. Breakfast was fantastic and included in the price. The buffet breakfast was served everyday from 7am until 10.30am. There was a vast selection of items to choose from. All the breads and pastries were home made and freshly baked daily on site, absolutely delicious (we would come back just for them!).
