Parking lot was quite narrow and if some of neighbours parks on lines - it complicates the situation. Staff at front desk was not very interested to show arround on a map, but it was ok as we did our homework.

Everything about this place met my expectations! There is plenty parking in the resort so no need to worry where to leave your car during the stay. Train station to Štrbske Pleso is nearby so we almost didn't need to move the car at all. We were very warmly welcomed with glasses of prosecco :) The rooms were very clean and spacious, towels, bathrobes and toiletries were provided. Spa area is clean and we enjoyed using it (pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, 3 saunas, relax area), also massages are available. We had breakfast and dinner included and there were plenty options to choose from for both, especially the dinner was diverse so no fear from getting bored and eating the same every day. I would especially compliment the staff, everyone is very friendly, accommodating, kind and helpful.
