Situato nel quartiere Mueang Kao di Sukhothai, Phu Thai Resort dista 1,6 km da Parco Storico di Sukhothai. We stayed here for two nights and were very happy with the stay! The room is of good size and very clean. The house has a fridge outside the room where you can store things and the bathroom is well equipped. The highlight here is the host. We needed help stitching something up and he took it to town for us and got it done. He allowed us to use bikes for free which we used to explore the historical park. He even took us for free to the bus station the day we left. The neighborhood is super quiet and relaxed. You are 15 minutes by bike from the main area of the town. We highly recommend staying here and visiting the ruins!

Exellent hotel in a quite neighborhood, with clean and comfortable rooms. The owner speaks perfect English and is very friendly. We arrived a little bit late, and the owner recommended a nice restaurant just 400 meters away from the hotel. My friends and I really enjoyed ours stay with Lotus PLace.

Staff was brilliant and very helpful, and fantastic English for those of us who don't speak fantastic Thai! Well maintained and clean hotel grounds, great swimming pool and interesting fish ponds. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Very quiet and restful stay. Parking plentiful and short walk to restaurants. Really good value hotel, a great find!

Elegant Accommodations: Smilingface guesthouse in Sukhothai offers family rooms with private bathrooms, air-conditioning, and balconies. Each room includes free WiFi, a work desk, and a TV. First of all the location is excellent. It's 5/6 min of the main entrance of the park by bike which you can rent for 20 baths at the guesthouse. It's also 1 min by bike of the temple where the Monks are for the Tak Bat. The place is also very nice and the atmosphere peaceful, there are games for the kids, a nice garden, hamocs... Kuan the owner is extremely nice, she helped us make a Krathong for a special occasion.
