Centrally located along the Chicago River in the famous Loop business district, this hotel features in-room spa services, and a 24-hour gym. Amazing hotel, perfect location, parking just around the corner, friendly and helpful staff, clean, very nicely decorated. I totally recommend the room with a view. We spent 2 evenings just watching city lights in Chicago heart. Will be back here when next time in Chicago for sure.

My husband has Parkinson's Disease and I asked in advance for an accessible room. Upon arrival, we had already been assigned an accessible room. It was beautiful and very spacious. The breakfast was good both days. The staff was very attentive. My husband fell getting on the elevator on Wednesday, November 26th and Elena (desk clerk?) ran to his assistance and helped him to his feet. She was wonderful and very attentive and concerned. I would definitely recommend this hotel and not hesitate to stay there again if we're ever in Chicago again. Special thank you to Elena. I wish I'd gotten her last name.

Exquisite Victorian si trova a Springfield, a 9 km da University Of Illinois At Springfield e 12 km da Parco Divertimenti Knight's Action Park. We really liked the location as it is close to family we are visiting. We also loved the snowy peaceful winter scene. The house and property are beautifully maintained.
