Also it is fully equipped washer dryer stove microwave coffee maker ect... The kitchen came stocked with some basic items that was quite convenient and appreciated.Quick drive to all main Niagara attractions. Supermarkets restaurants just walking distance away. Our host response was almost immediate to any questions we had. The kids appreciated the little patio set☃️ they played in the snow while we still got to supervise them. Clean and very cozzy, both owners are kind and very attentive, could not be better, was the best decision. Breakfast delicious, bed amazing, the bedroom very cozzy with a lot of tiny details that make your stay incredible!!! The last but not the least, the owners, they take their time to make your vacation better, they are AMAZING!

There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed two nights in the Cozy House and thought it was perfect for our needs. The owner was really helpful and has thought of everything you could need. Even bath robes and Werthers candy as extra kind touches. Loved having a laundry and a big fridge to store things.
