Situated in Avalon in the California region, Catalina Courtyard Suites features accommodation with access to a hot tub. The property has garden and inner courtyard views, and is 800 metres from Descanso Beach. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. We had a room tucked off the courtyard down in the corner, very private and quiet. The courtyard was so inviting with the beautiful plants and fire pit. We loved the proximity to the frontage of Catalina and easy walking distance to shops and dining.

I have stayed here previously & it is great just for a 1 person or a couple. Love the rooftop & lounge/grilling areas. Just an nice view of the harbor & the price is right.

I had never met a more gracious host. First we missed the last ferry by 2 minutes. I contacted Brent and explained our situation. He had a solution in minutes I won't go into more details , but if you get a chance to use there properties, it is highly recommended. The unit is a 2 bedroom w/ 2 spacious bathrooms. There are wood floors throughout, spacious granite counters in the kitchen as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed with utensils, pots and pans, upgraded dishes, mugs and glasses. The most important feature was the complementary golf cart. My husband and I appreciated the extra blankets, large comfortable sofas, and beds. Last, the owner was extremely helpful and personable.
