I would like to say thanks to Helen, she tried her best for us to find the wild animals during the trip. Although we have not collected the "big 5", it's due to the rainy day not her. the staff in the restaurant prepared the suprise for my partner's birthday which we really appreciated.

We loved the tent itself, the hot tub was amazing! The waterfall hike was beautiful as were the rock pools. The farm animals were also lovely to pet. The staff were lovely.

The style of the hotel is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The food at the restaurant was phenomenal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows and clean linen. The room was fitted with both A/C and a ceiling fan - this made the hot summer nights very pleasant to sleep. Overall, there is great attention to detail with everything they did! 10/10!

They should just work on how they will cater for their guests without the guests feeling like they’re being rushed to eat, we were given an hour to eat as the next couple has to occupy the balcony in the next hour. The guests in the room with a balcony should be given first preference to use that balcony and/or should be exclusively to to the guests in that room
