We were happy to stay here. The host is amazing. He met us at night. Helped with accommodation. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Also at the hotel, the owner has his own service for cars, he helped us replace the bulb in the headlight. Thank you very much for everything

The room was with amazing view on a high floor. In the hotel there is a rooftop bar with nice drinks and view to the city and nearby mountains. Our room was with very comfortable beds.

Elegant and professional, comfortable and practical, very well equipped! Highly recommended. We came from a mountain trip, so, having a washing machine and a dryer (we rented the apartment), was a blessing! The staff, a young man is friendly, helpful and speaks English well. The rooms and the bathroom are just as nice as in the pictures and the bed is really comfy. We had a great and relaxing time here!

Lovely place in kukes we had a great time, staff very friendly and helpful.
Lift to go up, emergency stairs, fridge and drinks on the room, phone to call reception and to order from the bar, very comfortable beds

Absolutely new and clean rooms. The service was brilliant. The people were very kind to us. Breakfast was super delicious. The quality of the restaurant is really good. Not the cheapest but it worth the money. Best stay in kukes. Even its 10 km away and directly next to the highway. But u hear absolutely no traffic.

The place is blessed by nature with beautiful hills and lakes but unfortunately there are plenty of trash everywhere. One must be aware that there are no taxis in the region. There are only a few hotels with international standards. Fantastic food is easy to find.

This is absolutely Not a tourist town so if you like authentic, daily life encounters this is a welcoming town. We spent a day hiking and another day driving to Peshkopia to enjoy the thermal baths and see more of the country. Kukës seems to be a very fast-growing town with lots of infrastructure improvements underway. Every evening the main street is blocked off so the town can some stroll. SO civilized. Our stay at the Gjallica Hotel was delightful and we cannot recommend it highly enough! They make the Best bread in Albania so their Pizza is also the best.
