It was a really nice and sunny room with 2 windows. It was very quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location, less than 5 minutes to the beach. And the staff was so friendly and helpful! If I come to Devonport again I will come back! :)

In one of our most difficult moments, your hotel’s team became a guiding light in our journey. Manager Eastban offered warmth and thoughtfulness when we were thrown into panic after our rental car was stolen. He not only assisted us through the situation, but generously allowed us a late check-out so our children could have a safe place to rest. That kind of kindness is rare and deeply appreciated.
Receptionist Brooke was equally remarkable. She personally accompanied us to the car rental company to sort things out, and even after finishing her shift, she followed up with us to see how we were doing and did everything she could to help. Her care went far beyond her duties and made us feel truly seen and supported.
With more people like Eastban and Brooke, your hotel will surely continue to radiate warmth, energy, and unforgettable hospitality. Thank you for being one of the most beautiful parts of our journey.

Comfy room with a couch, bed and dining table with chairs, fridge, cutlery and crockery, everything you need. Beds had just been upgraded which were very comfortable. Dave, who runs the Comfort Inn, is a top bloke, really helpful and grateful to have spent some time talking with him. Perfect location for the beach, the town is about a 15 - 20 minute walk. Would stay again if I was in Devonport. Cheers, Dave!

Not many cafes/food shops were open when we arrived with the Spirit of Tasmania. We enjoyed the space of a 2 bedroom cabin. We only stayed one night & that was enough for us to get a taste of Davenport,

The reason for our visit was to attend an event 20 mins out of Devonport, so we didn't see a lot Devonport itself. What we did see was excellent. Plenty of shops, coffee, food, supermarkets. Did not have time to really explore, so save that for another day.
