everything is excellent , cosy homy , friendly staff , it has a heated pool and spa , spacious room , comfortable bedding , even has electric blankets that keep us warm whole night .. excellent location, kfc, mcdonalds , burger king opposite the road , bistro and two petrol stations just next door

Don’t know anyone in Horsham but we’d be back for this hotel! Such a great experience.
Staff/owners (?) we absolutely lovely. Our room was perfect for our family, spacious and extremely clean.
Bathroom was beautiful and large and possibly the best shower we’ve ever had!
Very good experience overall, we appreciate the short stay!

Very clean, spacious room, staff very friendly, walking distance to all the shops. Everything we need provided in the room- kettle, cups etc. very good for stay in Horsham. Easy free parking available on site. Will stay again

Cheryl was so welcoming and helpful, she had even turned the heater on. Fresh milk for tea and coffee was a plus.
The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious quiet.
