The room was comfortable, clean - we had everything we needed. Appreciated the automatic check-in, got the code upon arrival. There were some other people in the house but we only saw them once.

Had a wonderful stay in this minimalist yet cozy room with my husband and dog. The bedroom included a compact kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare meals and store our food. The room was neatly kept, and the bathroom was spotless, modern, and well-heated for the winter. The mirror lighting was a nice touch, and the shower was fantastic. Parking was conveniently located right outside the room, making it easy to unload and access our car whenever we needed. The location was perfect—close to everywhere we wanted to visit, and downtown was easily reachable. There’s a Shell gas station nearby, which was helpful. Since we were just stopping over on our way to another destination, this place was a great spot to rest and recharge. We even had a chance to explore a bit of Kingston, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, this place was perfect for our short stay, and we highly recommend it!

L’hébergement Adorable 4 bed,3 bath house offre une vue sur le jardin, à environ 11 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Université Queen's. Il propose un patio et une bouilloire. The lovely home in the suburbs of Kingston is a perfect resting spot for myself and three women friends. We very much enjoy its comfort and spaciousness, the quiet residential area and its proximity to both downtown Kingston and Napanee. All rooms in the home are pleasing to look at and very well-equipped, and the presence of a third bathroom most appreciated. Mohammad was a most helpful and considerate host. He quickly responded to a question we had, spontaneously offered flexibility on our check-out time and without any request from us, notified us that he would drop by with additional supplies when he realized we were short. This was our second time staying in Mohammad's wonderful home, and we all very much look forward to doing so again next year for our annual get-together.
