We didn’t see any broken pipes or chipped paints. The Bathroom toiletries were very calming. We had one little problem though. The jacuzzi jets were not working but we made the best of it. Another suggestion that I would like to give is about the lobby couches They were too low for me to sit in. Seeing that I have a back issue and standing from a seated position can be difficult. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Monte Carlo and will most definitely recommend it to family and friends

The accommodation exceeded all our expectations, offering everything we could have possibly needed and more. The facilities were top-notch, from the beautifully maintained interiors to the thoughtful amenities that made us feel right at home. It was clear a lot of care and attention to detail went into creating a comfortable and welcoming space. The neighborhood was a true gem—quiet, safe, and full of charm, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. We loved exploring the local cafes, shops, and parks, all within walking distance. It really felt like the perfect blend of relaxation and accessibility. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the host. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had or provide helpful suggestions. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.

Located in Markham, 25 km from downtown Toronto, this hotel offers enjoyable facilities including an on-site pool and fitness centre. New and modern with great facilities. The gym and pool are fantastic and rooms modern spacious and very comfortable. There is also a Starbucks and Boston Pizza onsite.

Situated in Richmond Hill, this hotel offers first-rate facilities including a spacious athletic club and comfortable guestrooms with contemporary amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and spacious. Hotel was close to everywhere we were visiting. Great buffet breakfast and also has a Starbucks.

I would like to express my appreciation for the way your front desk staff handled a recent issue during my stay. Unfortunately, the guests in the room next to mine were being excessively loud—talking, laughing, and playing music at a disruptive volume after 11 pm. It was an unpleasant and unfortunate situation, particularly as it showed a lack of respect for the privacy and comfort of other guests. However, I want to commend the front desk team for their professionalism and prompt response. The staff took the time to investigate the matter thoroughly and followed up with a return call, keeping me informed throughout. Although the hotel was not at fault for the behavior of other guests, I appreciated the sincere apology and the effort made to address the situation. It's clear that your team is dedicated to guest comfort, and that made a positive difference in how I experienced the rest of my stay.

Only stayed for the weekend but house keeping came in and changed garbages and brought fresh linen and toiletries on second day was a pleasant surprise.

Directly off Highways 404 and 407, this Richmond Hill hotel provides convenient access to area attractions and Toronto city centre. An on-site pool and restaurant is available. I actually did not stay at this location, but I have stayed at BW's before and have always enjoyed them. I would bet that his property does not deviate from that. Especially in a great city like Toronto. I stayed at the four points that is not far from this property. It was a nice mix of asian, french, and India culture.
