Our staying at the pension was amazing.
The owner when we arrived offered us green tea and rice wine that he makes. He also offered to bring us by car at the entrance of the tea field and asked what we wanted for dinner.
He cooked for us a very good soup with noodles, we spoke a lot and had a pleasant dinner.
I really recommend this place if you want to find Korean traditions and a place where you can rest.

Very nice experience. The little Hanok village not far from the tea plantations is peaceful and quiet. It is a new and kind of "hard" experience to sleep on the floor, but that is part of the story. Boseong is not touristic at all, so nobody speaks English in the area, including the hosts. But conversation works welll with lots of smiling and Google Translate. The hosts are super friendly and offered free transportation back to Boseong Railway station, which is convenient, as buses circulate at a quite irregular schedule. Inside the room you will find everything you need - water kettle, TV, WIFI, hot shower, fridge.....just make sure you buy something for your breakfast in Boseong town before you go, as there is no store in the village. Overall I really enjoyed the experience.
