Neat and tidy and spacious for our family of 4. Check in was easy. Great little gym. Was in a lovely location, within a nice walking to town along the water front. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty much everything, Couldn't fault it. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the guy on reception when we arrived at 11 pm. Loved the swimming pool.

The breakfast is delicious and with lots of style. It's a high tea style, and the dining room is fantastic. We will stay here again, and we recommend this place to every family. It's one of the best places we stayed in Victoria.
