Parking was close, easy and free. It was an easy and free trip to downtown on the train or bus with tourist card provided from hotel. Took about 10-15 minutes.

The apartment was pristinely clean and very comfortable, very conveniently positioned close to Emmen and Lucerne (5-10 min drive). The parking space was a life saver as we had rented a car and travelled often throughout Lucerne Canton. Mario the rental manager was very kind, helpful and understanding, as well as Kalina the lady responsible to maintain the venue. Overall, we highly recommend the Visionary Hospitality accommodation. We intend to return and rent the apartment in the future as our daughter continues her studies at the Lucerne University.

Spacious studio apartment that was spotlessly clean, with a responsive host. The bed was comfortable and the host provided various amenities such as toilet roll, paper towel, laundry detergent, etc. The kitchen was equipped for cooking and we had breakfast and dinner there each day. The location was easy to get to, even though a bit outside the city (~15 min bus ride from Luzern railway station) because the buses are very regular. We also enjoyed the assortment of TV channels and movies available to watch.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I was very impressed. The place is spotless, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had dinner at the hotel and the food was really tasty and served really fast, which I appreciated after a long day of traveling. My check-out was super early at 2:30 am because I had to continue my journey, and since I couldn’t have breakfast, they kindly offered me a lunch box to take with me. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
