Upon landing the hotel is accessible walking directly from the airport and directions are well indicated. The room was amazing, large, full of light, numerous amenities, stunning zen style decoration, slept so well. Restaurants around are so good and several of them, the pool looked stunning. Breakfast was so diverse. I could have easily stayed for several days and had a great stay!

Very nice staff, very welcoming. We were picked up at the airport which they made it very convenient by writing in Chinese a message on the Booking.com that I could give to the information who called the hotel for us. In about 15 minutes, we were picked up and delivered to the hotel. At check in, you give them a time and they will reserve a spot to the airport by van which is about 10 minutes away. I speak no Chinese, but, it was easy to communicate to the staff by a translation app they use to translate to any language. Highly recommend this hotel. We only stayed one night and had to leave for a morning flight, but, would be pleased to stay again.

They even let us check in early at 6am since our flight was very early & got free airport shuttle when we had to depart. LOVED our stay here, wish it was longer!

I got the free airport pick up and was dropped off. I was there just for a day. Not much to see in the small town. The staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

The gentleman who worked there picked us up from the airport at midnight, took us back to the hotel, made sure we felt comfortable and safe, settled us into our room with hot tea and fruit. Let us borrow money to buy some snacks on the way because no one took card and we didn't have cash. & Then in the morning asked us if we needed food. Drove us into town to get some food and to a couple of supermarkets and helped translate for us, took us back to the airport the next night and then on top of all that, didn't ask for any money or tips for everything he did. (Of course we gave him a big tip for his Kindness!) If you have a layover, definitely 100% stay here! They are amazing!

I managed to call the hotel through Wechat, they managed to answer me, the free shuttle arrived to pick us up from the airport in 5 mintes, the driver found us by foto (the shuttle bus is not identified). We stayed on for a day sleep, as our plane arrived very early (~4 am) and we needed a rest. We started immediately with the breakfast (before sleeping) and the food was very varied for different tastes. The hotel staff is friendly and they helped with all our questions. The room is spactious and well maintained. I am totally satisfied and I think this hotel suited very well our needs - to sleep in confort after a long-hall flight. It was very easy to call a taxi to the hotel to continue our journey (they also offer a free shuttle to the airport).

Room was very spacious and quiet. Ideal for a quiet getaway at this time of year. Loved the balcony bath. Very relaxing late at night watching the lights change over the Waterfall. We had an early morning flight and the staff had a breakfast bag organised in the lobby for us before our transport arrived. Totally unexpected but so lovely.

For the price, the rooms are outstanding, and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This isn’t a 5-star luxury hotel, but for the value you pay, the service truly feels 5-star.

The location was great for us, close to the sport venue. Although the staff don't speak much English, we've managed to communicate pretty well, sometimes using the translation apps. Big thank you for the reception staff in particular. Both, morning and evening shift. They were the best! The room was nice and clean. The airport shuttle was another bonus.
