I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was exceptional. Very good value for money. Attention to detail was exceptional. Rooms were stunning. I particularly liked the landing decoration. The bar and the restaurant were amazing. Excellent breakfast.

The best hotel experience we had as a family. Our room.was upgraded. Benjie, a filipino supervisor gave us complementary wine and local delicacies. They also have unlimited snacks at the lobby. For taxis, their staff helped to get taxis. They alao have shuttle to different hotels. Me and my son got sick and received so much help from Lucy, the Customer Service Manager and she requested for late check out of until 4pm for free. The hospital is so nice like you are in St Luke's BGC and also not expensive. The restaurant beside the hotel is giving 20% discount for hotel guests. And the food is good. Its Michelin for 2017 and 2018. Beside, th3 hotel is the food street where a lot of Filipino vendors. I love this place!! Surely, we will be back sometime.
