However, Amr and Ali at the front desk were helpful, providing information and directing me to lunch while my room was being readied. The lunch, consisting mainly of rice, grilled chicken, and salads, was not exceptional, but it was adequate. My interest in this hotel was not for the dining experience, but for the coral reefs, which were the most impressive I had seen on this trip, having compared five different hotels. My room was amazing, featuring a large balcony with a sea view, and it was just 45 seconds from the waters of the Red Sea—a truly fantastic proximity. At the Siva Sharm reef, I encountered mantas, turtles, morays, and an abundance of colorful fish. From the very beginning of our visit to end of it was totally wonderful experience with their stuff. Start from security to reception ( Mr. Ahmed, Mrs. Fatima) then kitchen chef who take care of every single order of us even if the food were not on the list and Manager of back sport hotel site (Mr.Serhat) who take care of all the problems we had with his amazing careness and connection skills. Pools, room cleaning and services were so good that made us feel like we were at home.
