I was attending a conference at the Centro De Estudios Palacio De Congresos. The apartment was very comfortable and convenient as a close accommodation to the conference.
All locks are operated by codes. The host provides you a key, but I quite enjoyed the fact that I could simply use the codes.

The room had very great views, a huge terrace and was absolutely amazing for my two weeks stay! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen has the basic stuff for cooking (plates, silverware, etc.). Such a beautiful city!! very walkable, so many hidden cool places all over the streets. Great people, the christmas decorations were so so nice. it's super safe to walk by yourself. the river in the middle is a great place to read or to sunbath. it has amazing food, places like Plaza España that are insanely beautiful. The weather in winter is amazing if you want some warm sun and to escape from the rest of the European cold winter.
The ice cream shops were so good, you could also find so many options for any type of food.
There is this hidden part near plaza de las naranjas, a narrow street that takes you to some small streets that are super quiet and surround the Alcazar

From the outside the hotel looked very modern and inside it was modern the suite we had had a huge balcony. Excellent facilities was very smart and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and I must commend the breakfast man who was most helpful the evening meal in the restaurant opposite of the hotel was equally very good. We only stopped one night en route from Santander to Costa del Sol but would certainly stay again.

I stayed overnight before going to Jerez for the flamenco festival as a stop gap and was pleasantly surprised at how lovely Santipoce is and would have definitely stayed longer if time allowed - the local cake shop is wonderful and so cheap!

Hotel was very large and a bit shabby on the outside but smart inside.
The bar was very inefficiently run. One waiter was actually running up and down.
Breakfast was good a good selection.
It was set quite high up and had a main ring road running beside it so there was no chance of walking to or from this hotel.

The condo apartment was perfect for us. Very large and bright. Designer style. Everything was new. The private terrace was outstanding. There is a pharmacy and grocery store are down the street. An Uber into downtown is inexpensive and no issues ordering. We would rate this experience as a 5 star or 10/10. We would recommend it to other travellers without hesitation.

We went for 9 days at Xmas for the lights (they are fantastic). Seville has several dozen cultural locations worth a visit. Make sure you pick up a free map at the Airport arrivals information - this was the best one we found for detailing the cultural locations.
It definitely ticks the boxes for those who are into galleries, museums, palaces, and churches (for the architecture and sit-down-for-a-rest facilities).

The Town is very spread out and hilly, and unfortunately the pavements are in the worst overall condition that we have seen anywhere in Spain, and are often totally lacking or obstructed by parked cars, causing you to walk at the edge of busy badly lit roads. The best thing is the ease of access to Seville via the Metro from either of the two stations.
