The staff were terrific, the food was to die for and we would come again. Unfortunstely we couldn't open the wondows because of the traffic and it was warm and stuffy.

Very cozy place and friendly hosts. I really liked the apartment, it had everything you needed and delicious coffee. The location is very convenient for getting to know the surroundings and the tourist spots of Rouen. And we very enjoyed a walking to the forest and rive view spot close to accommodation. Breakfast with local products was very delicious!

I am disabled, i have autism so i booked the wrong room thinking that i had booked a room with handicap ♿ facilities . I explained the situation to the attendant (receptionist) and she(Ludiwine) kindly provided for a better solution. She came along with me to the other side and I could have an appropriate room. When I stumbled on the way she quickly reacted and helped with my walker. And the receptionist(a man) there was also polite and helpful, he even helped me with the carrier of my meal, he helped with my suitcase as well! I can not thank them enough! May God bless you all.     Easy to find, welcoming and helpful staff, bar had choice of...

    Easy to find, welcoming and helpful staff, bar had choice of drinks, restaurant provided pleasant dinner and choice for breakfast. Location is excellent for being near to transit route, yet it was quiet. Plenty of free car parking and everything was clean. The town is about 20 minutes walk and we found no cafeteria or restaurant although there is a range of basic shops and a supermarket - four chocolate ice-creams for four euros was welcome on a hot day.
