The closest 4-star hotel to the arrival and departure terminals, The Novotel Birmingham Airport Terminal Building - NEC is just 1 minute's walk from Birmingham Airport complex. We always stay at the Novotel on our way in and out of Birmingham to/from the Middle East. It's a perfect location, staff are very friendly, the bar and restaurant is excellent and the rooms are spotless. We actually look forward to it now as part of our overall trip. It is two paces to the Emirates check-in desk in Zone D so very easy especially with a lot of luggage.

The breakfast is very good. Did not hear the noise from the airplanes

I was made very welcome at the hotel by Victor at reception. He was a professional with a smile and made me feel comfortable and welcome right away, after my long trip. The room was nice, warm and clean, and the bed was comfy too. I would definately stay here again on my next trip.
