The hotel is literally in the parking lot of Terminal 2. A 5-minute walk from the lobby to the airport and you can use the train (free) to get to the other terminals.

I didn't have breakfast. The location was perfect. I was freezing cold when I got in, and the temperature was perfect. I want to remark, too, that I made a mistake when booking, but a member of the staff called Handrick or something similar (sorry, I can't remember the exact name) helped me correct the reservation. He was an extremely nice and polite nice man I will always be grateful to.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants or needs to spend time in the Heathtow area. The hotel is close to the airport, the rooms are pretty big & well taken care of. Cleaning happens everyday. The stuff is incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast is awesome, with lots of options for all tastes (I recommend the mango smoothie). Plane spotters and aviation lovers can book rooms with runway views,and they are worth it. Despite being close to the planes, there is very little noise, the rooms are well isolated from this point of view.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need - good A/C, warm water, comfortable bed etc. Location is good, close to the airport. 24/7 gas station just downstairs selling from warm sandwiches to cosmetics. Breakfast was delicious.
